“Traveling: it leaves you speechless, then it turns you into a storyteller.”
There is zero time to waste and there is no time to be bored in a world quite as beautiful as this; life is too short and this world is too big to miss out on. St. Augustine explained that the world is a book and that those whom do not travel have only read one page. The harsh fact of the matter is that not everyone is blessed with the luxury of straying; there are those less fortunate and unable to afford the nomadic life and there are those physically incapable of viewing the dramatic impact that the world outside your own backyard can instill. Elders have bestowed the wisdom that twenty years from now, you’ll be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the things you did. Jobs pay and fill your pockets but they cannot quench the unmistakable longing in one’s soul to roam. If you cannot go with, at least you can come by my side. Together we can leave it all behind and fulfill our wanderlust, getting lost & soaking it in. Travel and exploration make you realize that no matter how much you have experienced or have come to know, there is always more to learn. Move and breathe not to find yourself but to remember who you have been all along. I wish you could see the world the way that I see it; I wish you were here. & so the adventure begins . . .
